
Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of young children. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that fosters learning and exploration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders to create a sense of community.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, organized, and well-resourced learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold an ACECQA-approved Cert III or Diploma qualification.
- Current Working with Children's Check.
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one.
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one.
