Early Childhood Education Lead

At Guardian Childcare & Education, we strive to provide high-quality early childhood education that fosters a love of learning in children. As an Early Childhood Education Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative early learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  • Designing and delivering engaging early learning programs that reflect current best practices in early childhood education.
  • Collaborating with fellow Educators and Centre Managers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contributing to the implementation and adoption of our evidence-based curriculum.
Requirements:
  • A Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in long day-care settings.
  • Sound knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • A valid Working with Children's Check.
