Job Summary:

  • Oversee and guide a team in managing daily tasks, operations, and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and create rosters to ensure all tasks are covered.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to identify challenges and areas for improvement.
  • Manage time and attendance activities for team members, including tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Source consumables and maintain supplies within budget constraints.
  • Contribute hands-on by performing operational tasks alongside the team and providing direct support to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

  • Comfortable working within regulated frameworks.
  • A valid full Australian driver's licence is required as may involve collecting trolleys using vehicles.
