About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist. In this fast-paced and hands-on role, you will support both Trauma and Joint Replacement divisions, working closely with surgeons and theatre teams to ensure the safe and effective use of surgical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-theatre clinical guidance to support surgical procedures
  • Deliver education and training to hospital staff on medical technology and products
  • Manage stock and case preparation for efficient operating room operations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clinical stakeholders to enhance patient care
  • Participate in a weekend on-call roster, requiring flexibility and calm under pressure

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background in nursing, physiotherapy, paramedicine, biomedical engineering, or science
  • Experience in operating theatres or clinical environments (high-value asset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in high-pressure situations
