About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join a global leader in medical technology.

This is a full-time, 12-month temporary contract based in Darwin. In this fast-paced and hands-on role, you will support both the Trauma and Joint Replacement divisions, working closely with surgeons and theatre teams to ensure the safe and effective use of surgical products.

You will be directly involved in surgical procedures, providing clinical and technical support that contributes to positive patient outcomes.

  • Support surgical procedures with in-theatre clinical guidance
  • Deliver in-service education and product training to hospital staff
  • Manage stock and case preparation
  • Maintain strong relationships with clinical stakeholders
  • Participate in a weekend on-call roster (penalty rates apply)
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a background in nursing, physiotherapy, paramedicine, biomedical engineering or science. Experience in operating theatres or clinical environments is highly regarded but not essential.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work on-call weekends when required
