**Career Opportunity**

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of the Line 1 Risk team, you'll support the Data Science function within the Customer Growth department.

In this hands-on role, you'll lead model risk assessments, control identification and testing, incident management, and audit support. You'll partner closely with stakeholders to translate regulatory guidance into clear, actionable practices across the data lifecycle.

Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a deep understanding of risk across data and AI environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct model risk assessments and identify controls for implementation.

- Develop and implement incident management procedures.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.

- Provide risk insights to inform business decisions.

- Juggle multiple priorities and manage competing demands.

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in Compliance or Operational Risk.

- Strong background in control advisory and internal audit or assurance.

- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and actionably.

- Proactive delivery approach with excellent relationship-building skills.

- Experience designing and executing audit-style reviews and testing programs.
