We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Transformation Leader to drive our end-to-end supply chain function, with responsibility for warehousing, 3PL, logistics, and freight management. This is a pivotal leadership role that will play a critical role in shaping how our business manages freight, logistics, and supply to support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end supply chain function, with responsibility for warehousing, 3PL, logistics, and freight management.
  • Develop and execute strategies to reduce costs.
  • Negotiate and manage supplier and logistics contracts to secure competitive rates and improve service delivery.
  • Establish robust processes and structures to provide accurate visibility of freight and true landed costs from all international and domestic markets.
  • Ensure supply chain performance and suppliers are held accountable for damages, delays, or inefficiencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven senior leadership experience within supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally in the food, FMCG, or distribution sectors.
  • Strong background in managing chilled or short shelf-life supply chains, with an understanding of the unique challenges compared to ambient/long shelf-life products.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver significant cost savings and commercial outcomes through contract negotiation and operational improvement.
  • Experience managing 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and warehouse operations.
