Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Process Optimization: Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to procurement, production schedules, and distribution to uncover inefficiencies in the supply chain.
  • Inventory Management & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive inventory audits, monitor stock levels, and generate detailed reports on stock movements and supplier lead times.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation: Evaluate current supply chain workflows, propose strategic revisions, and implement Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory practices.
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential risks in the supply chain, develop proactive mitigation strategies, and create contingency plans for critical scenarios.
  • Implementation Support: Partner with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to execute approved process improvements and provide training to staff on new systems or workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and ERP tools, experience with inventory management, knowledge of data visualization tools, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.
