We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic individual to join our team as a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator at our flagship facility in Narrabeen. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for creating a holistic lifestyle program that applies the values of person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a lifestyle program that caters to the diverse needs and abilities of our residents.
  • Develop and implement activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical well-being.
  • Conduct assessments to identify residents' life history and develop integrated care plans.
  • Coordinate outings and events that foster meaningful relationships and connections within the community.

Requirements:

  • Cert IV in Leisure and Health or relevant tertiary degree.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety.
  • Ability to assess residents' psychological, social, and emotional needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Aged Care and associated accreditation requirements.
