Executive Assistant/Communications Advisor

CGC Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant/Communications Advisor to support our client, a leading Tier One Builder, in their remediation project.

This is a contract role based in Sydney CBD, requiring a dynamic individual to facilitate communication and collaboration between various stakeholders, including body corporates and strata.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive executive support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders, including body corporates, strata committees, and residents.
  • Draft and edit a variety of communications, including reports, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • Manage stakeholder inquiries and provide timely responses to foster positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Communications Advisor, preferably in the Construction or Infrastructure sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of body corporate and strata management processes is highly desirable.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
