Job Description

We're seeking a talented Brand Manager to lead the 'U By Kotex' brand, driving strategic plans and brand building activities for our portfolio. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and implement engaging content across all digital channels, including social media.

This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver key innovation/new product development projects, supporting Senior Brand Managers in achieving key KPIs and targets.

  • Develop & execute annual marketing plans, incorporating communication across digital, social, in-store, search, and sampling
  • Collaborate with Shopper Marketing Managers to develop and execute shopper activations
  • Support New Product Development processes, assisting with 3-year strategic innovation roadmaps
  • Drive financial and market share growth for Period Care brands in the market

To succeed in this role, you'll bring forward Brand Management experience, preferably in an FMCG or consumer products/B2C environment. You'll be a high performer looking to lead an iconic brand, demonstrating readiness to step up to a Senior Brand Manager role.
