About the Role

Vicinity Centres is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Capital Planning & Delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of capital projects across our national portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of capital projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with regional and local Operational Management teams to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
  • Provide direction to architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with Vicinity's standards and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and tenants.

Requirements
