We're looking for an experienced professional to join our East Services & Projects Team in Gladstone. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day business activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This isn't your typical 9–5 role – we know flexibility matters. That's why we offer options such as school-friendly hours to help balance work and life.

You'll play a key role in coordinating and mobilising employees to site, including flight and travel bookings, project procurement support, timesheet entry, payroll queries facilitation and tracking, general filing, record-keeping and office duties. You'll need to maintain accurate records and support compliance requirements within our software.

You'll require

  • proven experience in providing wide-ranging administrative support to a project team
  • a local connection to Gladstone
  • a working knowledge of track-in-eight Primavera Kronos NAV or similar systems
  • a positive can-do attitude who enjoys being part of a collaborative team
