Leader of Partner Support Team
About the Role:The Leader of Partner Support Team will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, coaching team members, managing escalations and driving continuous improvement. This role ensures operational efficiency, consistent service delivery, and a seamless experience for partners engaging with our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the support team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and customer-first service.
- Partner Experience & Escalation Handling: Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues, review feedback and complaints to identify trends and implement process improvements.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyse team performance, partner satisfaction metrics, and operational trends.
- Leadership skills to motivate and coach a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
