Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Business Partnering team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR leadership, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact people solutions. They will be responsible for driving the people strategy, partnering with senior stakeholders, and leading a cohesive team of People & Development Managers, Consultants, and Coordinators.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic people initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to drive organizational performance, progression, and engagement.
  • Leading a national team to deliver best-in-class people solutions across the employee lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years' experience in HR business partnering, including 3+ years in a team leadership role.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to connect people strategy to business goals.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian employment law.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Program management experience, including managing cyclical people programs.
