As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from beginning to end, suggesting extras and plans to take clients' lifestyles to the next level. You will be the face of the builder and the first point of client contact, ensuring a top-class customer journey.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage leads, processing and closing deals
- Network with land agents and respond quickly and efficiently to inbound leads and appointments
- Manage the full sales cycle, including the development of leads and processing and closing deals
- Experience in the New Homes industry or within construction sales
- Target-driven and money-motivated attitude
- Proactive attitude to managing a top-class customer journey
- Ability to negotiate, sometimes under pressure
- Autonomy to function independently and use initiative when required
Our client is an up-and-coming fast-expanding residential builder with a growing presence in the South West Sydney area. They have established relationships with numerous land developers to facilitate ease in the process of focusing on selling homes.
