Job Opportunity: Concessions Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced concessions manager to join our team.

  • Drive customer-focused culture, creating memorable experiences with every interaction.
  • Energize the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Promote operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-office administration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar position, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
  • A supportive leadership style, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, with the ability to drive sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets.
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
