Assistant Concession Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as an Assistant Concession Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering the concession store's financial targets and performance indicators, focusing on creating a warm and genuine customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-centric culture, ensuring a welcoming and engaging in-store experience for customers.
  • Assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity by achieving all key performance indicators set by the business.
  • Support the Concession Manager in ensuring the team understands all business objectives, with a strong focus on commercial acumen.
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Ability to assist with managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters.
  • Support the Concession Manager in managing team performance, productivity, training, and development.
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
