Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of the team, you will coach and inspire our retail staff, enhance customer service and operational skills, and embody our brand.

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will support, coach, and motivate the store team and foster a collaborative work environment.

Your Role
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure a positive experience.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, place orders, and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
  • Drive Performance: Focus on profitability while managing costs, expenses, and waste.

  • Availability Required: Be flexible to work weekends and overnights when needed.
