Job Title

A senior retail professional is sought to drive a customer-focused culture and lead a team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence in a high-volume concession environment.

This role requires the ability to motivate, mentor and empower a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet key performance indicators.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-centric culture and create memorable experiences for every interaction.
  • Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
  • Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
  • Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
  • A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs.
  • An eye for detail with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
