As a highly skilled and motivated professional, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences across multiple sites in the Toowoomba region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to drive performance through precise management of daily operations, rosters, and workflow.
- Ensure welcoming families experience a joyful atmosphere that makes every day feel like Christmas by maintaining a positive and energetic approach even on the busiest days.
- Oversee POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with attention to detail and care.
- A leader who inspires and supports their team members.
- Excellent communication skills and great interpersonal relationships with people of all ages, including children and pets.
- Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
