About the Role

We're searching for a skilled and enthusiastic team member to help us deliver amazing customer experiences in-store.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for bringing positivity to every interaction, welcoming customers, lending a helping hand and delighting them every day.

You'll have the opportunity to work in various areas of the store, including:

  • Delighting our customers on the shop floor
  • Maintaining the presentation and availability of our products
  • Supporting our customer service areas
  • Organising our stock reserves and back of house areas
  • Delivering an incredible online shopping experience for our click and collect and/or home delivery customers

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a knack for customer service, a can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
