Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Client Care Representative to join our team. As a Client Care Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them manage their hearing health.

You will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing their experiences for optimal outcomes, scheduling and confirming appointments, providing administrative support to clinicians, and efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles, with excellent communication and active listening skills, resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy.

  • Welcome and manage client experiences for optimal outcomes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians
  • Efficiently manage clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
