About Heritage Bank, Gatton Branch:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Member Experience Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.
As a member-owned bank, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers. We need someone who can connect with our members, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with transactional inquiries and find the right solutions
- Engage in meaningful conversations to support members' financial goals
- Build relationships to enhance the customer experience
- Educate members on digital banking tools and features
- Collaborate with the team to achieve strategic objectives
- Manage branch cash activities, including ATM maintenance
- Ensure accurate and timely personal lending submissions
- Provide leadership support to the Branch Manager
Requirements:
We're looking for a confident communicator with a passion for helping people. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, cash handling, and reconciliation. They should be digitally savvy, able to learn new systems quickly, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
