We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a personalised and engaging customer experience from enquiry through to delivery
- Manage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups
- Utilise digital tools to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activity
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a consistent and flexible experience
You will be a customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment. Passionate about cars and technology, you help people find the perfect solution for their needs.
This role requires proven experience in an automotive sales environment. The successful candidate will bring:
- Deep product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms
