Job Title:

Senior Health, Safety and Quality Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals to implement and maintain health, safety and quality systems and processes on-site.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support operations by conducting safe operations and implementing the safety management system.
  • Develop and drive campaigns for injury prevention initiatives targeting key risk areas.
  • Partner with stakeholders to address client needs and expectations.
  • Develop, implement and monitor safety plans, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
  • Additional qualifications in Risk Management, Psychosocial Risk Management, Auditing, Training & Assessment are desirable.
  • ICAM Lead Investigator certification.
  • Unrestricted Australian Driver's licence.
  • Senior First Aid certification.
Experience:
  • Significant experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to build and lead a team.
  • In-depth understanding of WHS legislation.
  • Ideal experience with ISO standards - Quality 9001, Safety 45001, Environment 14001.
  • Expertise in incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced computer, numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
