We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Country Road Group in VIC. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating and executing digital marketing components to support CRM, marketing emails, SEM, SEO, and website content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the acquisition of new members, improve the rate of first purchase, reduce churn, and build growth within segmentation.
  • Support the development of customer strategy, email communications, and personalised customer journeys through email and other channels.
  • Work with digital marketing leads to use loyalty audience data strategies to find new customers and drive more value from existing customers.
  • Conceptualise, design, and execute creative digital communications across emails, website, and digital assets.
  • Manage and upkeep of a feed of products suitable for multiple performance channels.
  • Support and execute the implementation of technical requirements for website enhancements to maximise ROI and increase rank of natural search results listings.
  • Work with the SEO lead to implement Search Engine Optimisation best practice in all content and identify new areas of content development.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing or developing email communications and CRM tactics.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud experience.
  • Agency management experience, including email design and build, CRM, and creative agencies.
  • Experience managing CRM, e-marketing, and content marketing programmes, driving ROI.
  • Evidence of training or development in Marketing Cloud.
