Job Overview

This role combines operational responsibilities of an HR Data Officer with the coordination of HR regional projects to deploy.


As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in delivering day-to-day HR services while supporting impactful HR projects for the APAC region that align with our business objectives.


  • Compensation & Payroll: Manage headcount and people costs within budget across APAC.
  • Compensation & Payroll: Oversee grading, promotions, and ensure fair compensation practices for APAC Region.
  • Compensation & Payroll: Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and optimize HR processes across APAC.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, 3-5 years of experience in HR, and strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.


Additional qualifications include strong data analytics skills and experience with excel/tableau or equivalent management tools.
