  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
  • Assist in day-to-day activities within the store, including stock movements and maintenance of stock.
  • Load trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements.
  • Unload inbound orders of stock.
  • Provide assistance to customers in the warehouse part of the store, loading their vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
  • Ensure documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to.
  • Perform warehouse operations, including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current forklift license with sufficient experience.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved).
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.
  • Strong communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships.
