About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Management Systems Expert to join our Supply Chain Applications Team.

This is a true end-to-end role where you will be responsible for supporting the enhancement of our Warehouse Management System functionality, owning the program of work from identifying improvement opportunities all the way through to designing, configuring and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and delivery of a functional platform roadmap, as well as the functional methodologies that will evolve over time
  • Supporting business stakeholders in translating their business objectives into functional needs and assisting them to establish concrete enhancement requests
  • Develop a change management framework including communication, training, and post-implementation support
  • Contribute to defining the overall platform architecture and integration for future-state WMS, as well as functional methodologies that will evolve over time
  • Design solutions for new functionality, in accordance with overall architectural guidelines
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, including vendor partners, to ensure the right solution is implemented in the right way
  • Participate, communicate, and evolve processes that minimise risk and assist in improving governance as well as compliance in accordance with SOX and ITGC practices
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting, designing, configuration and enhancement of warehouse management systems, as well as Oracle and JDA Software. You will also need a willingness to upskill on other warehouse management systems, backed up with proven and demonstrated experience.

You will require detailed working knowledge of warehouse practices and processes, as well as solutions to support warehouse operations, such as RF, voice, automation, and robotics.
