Job Title: Events Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive administrator to join our events team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth processing of event, festival, and concert clients.

As an events administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering details of concert setlists and music use reports to facilitate accurate royalty distribution to our members.
  • Verifying client details and updating our system accordingly.
  • Electronically filing licence agreements and client correspondence.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using client management systems and Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for music.
