Join a dynamic team as a Panel Repair Specialist

You will work closely with experienced technicians to deliver exceptional service and achieve daily goals.

A comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge to repair, replace and refit non-structural vehicle panels damaged in collisions.

The training includes a mix of practical sessions in our state-of-the-art Body Shop and eLearning modules allowing you to complete theory elements at your own pace.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge electric vehicles and develop a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily objectives
  • Complete Tesla-specific training
  • Develop extensive knowledge of all Tesla products, body repair systems and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized workshop
  • Record time, expenses and materials accurately
  • Perform basic body repair tasks under supervision
  • Ensure cleanliness of vehicles and the Body Repair Centre

Requirements:

  • Completion of Year 12 education
  • Eligibility to attend training through MITO
  • Valid driver's license
  • Fluent English language proficiency
  • Technical aptitude – interest in electronics and technology
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to learn on the job, work efficiently and follow instructions
  • Capacity to handle shifting priorities and meet deadlines
  • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with strong teamwork skills
  • Self-awareness, flexibility and openness to new ideas
  • Combination of analytical thinking, hands-on problem-solving and customer-service mindset
  • Ability to work with manual tools
  • Understanding of basic workplace safety requirements
  • Capacity to accept constructive feedback positively
