Job Description:

As a Payroll Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's payroll procedures are in compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements. This includes investigating payroll compliance issues, preparing sets of data, analyzing findings, and communicating to senior stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for assisting with payroll processing, interpreting awards and EBAs, and ensuring accurate application of entitlements. Additionally, you will support internal audits and maintain compliance records.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of EBAs, awards, and payroll legislation, as well as experience using Preceda and Crystal reporting. Strong analytical and communication skills are also essential.
