Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in a field-based role.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of heavy machinery and equipment, including tractors, combine harvesters, sprayers and cotton pickers.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers in the field.

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on heavy machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Mechanical Trade Certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Previous experience of engine overhauls and major repairs.
  • A current and valid driver's licence.
  • A strong customer service focus and dedicated work ethic.
  • Mature attitude and logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Possession of high-risk work tickets and/or licenses is highly regarded.
