About this Role
As a sales management professional, you will be responsible for leading and developing staff to meet and/or exceed individual sales plans while providing exceptional customer service.
This role involves building relationships with internal and external clients, nurturing and developing client portfolios through commercial outreach, and supporting event organisation for clients. You will also create exceptional customer experiences and become an expert on product and sales training modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with internal and external clients
- Nurture and develop client portfolios through commercial outreach
- Support event organisation for clients
- Create exceptional customer experiences
- Become an expert on product and sales training modules
- Supervise, develop and train designated staff and supervisors
- Assist with recruitment and delivery of onboarding for new starters
Requirements:
- Minimum three years supervisory or management experience
- Sound sales experience in retail or relevant customer-related experience
- Experience in sales generation and managing sales results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours
