Hassell is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts across our mixed-use, commercial, and residential portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth, securing high-value projects, and cultivating long-term client relationships.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of success in business development, with significant experience in architectural design, property, or construction sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic growth, secure high-value projects, and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial office, hotels, residential, and mixed-use developments.
  • Established Australian industry relationships with Tier 1 & 2 developers and strategic partners.
  • Networked with key industry groups, such as the Property Council of Australia.
  • Expertise in client engagement, negotiation, and strategic business growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong budget management and commercial acumen.
