We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team in North Queensland. This role involves providing exceptional service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients while proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems.
As a Security Officer, you will conduct building patrols to actively report and mitigate security and safety risks, identify and report hazards and building faults for rectification, and provide support to tenants and facilities.
You will also be responsible for managing contractors and deliveries through dock management, responding to emergency situations, and working well in a team or autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing strong Customer Service skills
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
Requirements include an Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights, valid QLD Security License (including Monitoring Subclass), Crowd Control endorsement, and Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
