Job Opportunity

The Marine Training and Compliance Manager position has arisen to oversee marine compliance of a fleet, while developing training programs to enhance employee skills across a ferry service.

This key role requires a confident leader with at least 2 years' experience in marine legislation and advanced knowledge of marine compliance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and project management skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

The responsibilities of the job will involve:

  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of marine legislation and regulations
  • Ensuring terminal infrastructure and service equipment is managed accordingly
  • Leading employees to ensure safety compliance is met

Key Requirements
