**Teach the next generation of marine mechanics.**

At TAFE SA, we're seeking a qualified and passionate Lecturer in Marine Mechanical Technologies to join our Automotive Workgroup on a casual basis. In this role, you'll deliver engaging, industry-relevant training to students pursuing careers in marine mechanics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide quality educational services of training, assessment, and guidance to students in accordance with relevant training package objectives.
  • Deliver lectures, demonstrations, and workshops that promote student engagement and understanding.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A trade qualification at Certificate III level or equivalent in Marine Mechanical Technologies.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or later) or evidence of working towards it.
  • Proven experience in the marine mechanic industry, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Up-to-date technical skills and knowledge in marine mechanical systems, including the ability to implement flexible delivery methodologies.
