Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance to foster the development of knowledge and skills amongst nursing staff.
- Identify and prioritize professional development needs to enhance learner outcomes.
- Registered Nurse registration with APHRA.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Emergency Nursing are highly desirable.
- Current clinical experience in paediatric nursing is essential.
- Certification in Training and Assessment is preferred.
- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational, and communication skills.
