Audio Visual Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audio visual systems, including video conferencing, audio visual and control systems such as AMX, Creston, Extron, Cisco and Poly. They will also possess the ability to perform on-site commissioning and configuration programming, prepare and publish end-user documentation, and complete test plans while following system schematics and functional briefs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site commissioning and configuration programming of audio visual systems
  • Prepare and publish end-user documentation for audio visual systems
  • Complete test plans to ensure finished AV systems meet functional briefs
  • Fault find systems and resolve issues associated with design and manufacture
  • Physically setup elements of systems to prove the concept
  • Draft and coordinate all aspects of interfacing for audio visual systems into client's buildings
Requirements:
  • Experience in setting up and configuring audio DSP's
  • Strong understanding of networks, specifically relating to AV control systems, UC/VC, and AV over IP technologies
