Role Overview
As a Field Service Engineer on a fixed-term contract, you will engage directly with Stryker's medical technologies, providing essential technical support, performing repairs, and managing customer requirements. This hands-on position allows you to collaborate with our clients, ensuring a smooth technical service experience that significantly influences hospital and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support to Stryker clients on-site, executing reactive repairs and preventative maintenance on installed equipment.
  • Ensure the highest quality of service is maintained for our customers across the region.
  • Enhance customer experience and brand recognition by fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams, working together to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Field Service Engineers to meet KPIs and objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with a dedication to customer service.
  • Experience with small hand tools, soldering, power tools, and testing/inspection equipment.
  • Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Capability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex systems.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and team spirit.
  • Possession of a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Electrical license and experience in tagging and testing are advantageous.
