RDO Equipment is in search of a Used Equipment & Rental Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role will be instrumental in supporting our operations and enhancing our customer service experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Used Equipment & Rental Team by conducting market research and providing support for the RDO trade evaluation process.
- Managing the promotion of used equipment through various digital platforms and customer-facing marketing channels.
- Facilitating the flow of Used Equipment customer inquiries through our internal systems, including phone and digital sources.
- Generating analytical reports from our CRM and operating systems to assist management and the Used Equipment Team.
- Overseeing the administration of the company's rental fleet.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong customer service abilities alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
- Preferred familiarity with agricultural, construction, forestry, and environmental equipment, as well as dealership operations.
