Job Summary

The Rooms Controller will be responsible for ensuring that the requests and needs of all guests are accommodated and room inventory and allocations are processed to ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining the best for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive guest adoption of mobile check-in and out platform and action requests as required.
  • Assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible.
  • Accommodate requests for room changes when possible.
  • Communicate to relevant teams that there are guests waiting for an available room.
  • Coordinate with the style team to track readiness of rooms for check-in and report guest concerns.
  • Review out-of-order rooms daily to determine status and estimated date for return to room inventory.
  • Verify and adjust billing for guests.
