Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced reservations leader to join our team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and inspire the team to achieve sales and service excellence by driving revenue performance across multiple properties.
  • Develop, implement and oversee training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, maximise upselling potential and monitoring market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage reservations operations for multiple properties, ensuring accuracy of bookings, billing instructions and group rooming lists.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Events and Operations teams to deliver smooth and successful guest experiences.
