Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and achieve business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Lead talent development activities to align with APAC objectives and drive business growth.
  • Support organisational design initiatives and ensure seamless change management.
  • Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies, and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Leverage HR systems and data to support HRIS activities and deliver accurate reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field; postgraduate qualification in HR is desirable.
  • 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a blue-collar environment, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and solution-driven skills, with the ability to navigate complex business problems.
