Job Opportunity

This role is perfect for someone who has a deep understanding of compliance, governance, and employee relations. As an HR Advisory and Compliance Partner, you will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that ensure alignment with legislative and industrial obligations.

You will be responsible for identifying potential compliance risks and providing clear advice on industrial instruments, the Fair Work Act, and other employment legislation. Your findings, reports, and recommendations will be tailored to our business context and risk appetite.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of our HR practices to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain registers of compliance risks and monitor remediation activities.
  • Work collaboratively with external advisors to interpret and operationalize advice.
  • Support the development and refinement of HR policies, frameworks, and processes.

This is a hands-on role that requires a balance of subject matter expertise, business acumen, and collaboration with our teams across Australia and New Zealand.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring a pragmatic and solutions-oriented mindset. You should have a deep understanding of HR governance, compliance, or employee relations. Most importantly, you should be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment legislation and enterprise agreements.
  • Demonstrated experience in a compliance, ER/IR advisory, or governance-focused HR role.
