Dynamic Generalist Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, leveraging guidance from senior HR professionals.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, ensuring seamless candidate experiences for hiring managers.
  • Prepare and process documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain HR resources, including policies, templates, and process flow charts, to support business growth.
  • Act as a systems support specialist, generating reports to inform workforce planning and compliance initiatives.
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects and programs focused on diversity, remuneration, and performance, driving organizational success.
  • Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate application of industrial instruments, upholding regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and modern awards, with a focus on compliance and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across the organization.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, driving results-oriented solutions.
  • Experience providing HRIS system support, including data entry, audits, workflow management, and reporting, with a focus on process improvement.
