The Role:

  • Responsible for the overall profitability of your store, ensuring all targets and KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Accountable for all costs and overall financial health of the business, with a strong business acumen for analysing these results and planning for improvement and growth.
  • Build and nurture a high-performance culture where you focus on your teams development, ensuring you always have the right person in the right place.
  • Experienced in working towards wage targets and working in line with all rostering guidelines.
  • Create an environment that upholds the company standards for the ultimate in-store experience for all customers through building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Responsible for operational excellence in-store in line with brand standards and identify any operational opportunities or gaps within the store and ensure measures put in place to overcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support your team in achieving their own personal targets and KPI goals.
  • Lead the company growth and be rewarded for your efforts.

Requirements:

  • Store Management experience is required, preferably from a hospitality or large format retail background.
  • A keen business mind, with a proven track record of driving top-line sales, analysing sales and ability to effectively communicate on these.
  • A passionate leader who is experienced in leading, developing and growing a high-performing team.
  • Wanting to work in a fast-paced environment, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong administrational skills with proven experience in managing invoices.
