Store Leader Opportunity

Oporto is seeking a Store Leader to join our team of adventurers. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring effective operations and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management: Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling procedures are in place.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the effective management of the store, including inventory management and sales growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing exceptional customer service and driving cultural change.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, targets, and financial aspects of the store.

Requirements:

  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR environment.
  • Experience in a management/supervisor role.
  • A head for figures, experience managing budgets and targets, and other financial aspects.
  • A high level of food safety awareness.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills.
